Manrique is the manager of the INDITEX Tech OSPO and a passionate advocate for free, libre, and open source software development communities. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and has significant experience in R&D (IT Center of the Principality of Asturias, W3C, Ándago Engineering, and Continua Health Alliance). He has been executive director of the Spanish Open Source Enterprises Association, consultant for the Spanish National Open Source Reference Center, and CEO of Bitergia.
