Katie leads the InnerSource Program Office at Analog Devices, Inc. Where she is building an InnerSource community to improve collaboration, code reuse, code quality, and documentation across the organization. She is on the InnerSource Commons Foundation Board of Directors. Prior to working in InnerSource she helped build the Open Source Community at IEEE SA OPEN. She is involved with the open source community, helping to improve metrics around diversity, equity, and inclusion practices.
